SECTION HEAD HR

Job Details:
Responsible for all processes related to employment: recruitment, training, personnel data, personnel, payroll, employee development and General Affairs in Store.

Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology / Law / Management
– Min. 4 years related working experience as HR Generalist Supervisor from retail industry
– Understand the recruitment-selection process, HRIS System, Labor Law
– Able to handle industrial relations matters
– People oriented, good interpersonal skills
– Understand GA and asset management
– Understand the procedures for obtaining permits and/or legal
– Proficient in operating Ms Excel
– Willing to work in shift
– Work Location: Kelapa Gading Store, Serang Store, Bandung Store
