OPERATOR PRODUKSI
Kualifikasi:
– Pendidikan Minimal SMA/ SMK Sederajat
– Usia minimal 18 tahun
– Jenis Kelamin PRIA / Wanita
– Tinggi Badan PRIA minimal 160cm
– Tinggi Badan WANITA minimal 150cm
– Bersedia berkerja 3 shift (Pagi, Sore, Malam)
– Tidak Buta Warna
– Bersedia Penempatan Pabrik Nabati BANDUNG

RISK ANALYST
Job Responsibilities :
1. Risk Assessment & Mitigation.
– Mengidentifikasi keseluruhan resiko yang dimiliki perusahaan (strategic risk; operational risk; financial risk, terutama di food manufacturing industry.), risk rating, menjelaskan & mengembangkan risk mitigation.
2. Business Continuity Plan
– Merencanakan, mengembangkan dan menguji antisipasi yang akan dilakukan perusahaan terhadap bencana yang besar ( banjir atau kebakaran) dengan tujuan untuk memasikan bisnis dapat berjalan dengan lancar.
3. Insurance Review
– End to end review for insurance (insurance coverage, sum insured and insurance management)
Qualifications:
1. Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan dari jurusan Industrial Engineering / Management Universitas terkenal.
– Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang sangat baik.
2. Terorganisir dengan baik dan berorientasi pada detil.
3. Memiliki analytical skills yang kuat.
4. Memiliki 1-2 tahun pengalaman di Industri Manufaktur, Food Manufacturing lebih disukai.

TECHNICAL PROCESS LEAD
Responsibilities:
– Designing, developing and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of good
– Designing the arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure the most efficient and productive layout
– Conducting test throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting production problem
– Providing guidance to product design engineering or technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques
The qualification will be:
– Experience in dry food product development (especially in wafer and biscuit are preferred)
– Has extensive knowledge of department processes
– Typically requires 10 years experience in the related area (continuous improvement, production, project, and engineering)
– Willing to work in Bandung (as home-based)

TAX MANAGER
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related decisions and activities in the organization. You will help us stay tax-compliant and up-to-date on new tax laws.
Responsibilities
– Perform tax research
– Prepare and review tax returns
– Identify opportunities to minimize the effective tax rate
– Oversee non-income tax compliance
– Prepare for and lead tax audits
– Forecasting and managing tax payment,
– Managing tax administration, reconciliation, and computation
– Managing tax reporting & litigation
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
– 5+ years’ of experience of professional tax experience
– Strong communication and analytical skills
– Have experience in manufacturing and distribution company (preferred)
– willing to work in Bandung (as home-based)

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Product Development Manager main responsibilities are:
– Manages and directs the research and development programs to meet organizational needs
– To capitalize on potential new products
– Develops and implements research and development procedures and techniques
– Oversees complex research projects, analyzes results and provides recommendations based on findings
– Assesses the scope of research projects and ensures they are on time and within budget
– Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
The qualification will be:
– Experience in dry food product development (especially in wafer and biscuit)
– Has extensive knowledge of department processes
– Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor
– Has 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience may be required
– Willing to work in Bandung (as home-based)
